We are pleased to introduce A Casa di Paolo , a small, friendly family run concern bed and breakfast providing quiet and comfortable accommodation with affordable rates in the heart of Rome. Strategically located , nearby the Central Railway Station Termini (use the left side exit for Via Giolitti) and next to Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica, the Colosseum, and Domus Aurea.
Our B&B is located at the second floor (with elevator) of a Victorian style building. It is composed by a double room with external NOT SHARED private bathroom with shower, and a twin room with ensuite private bathroom with shower. The property, which has been totally renovated, offers guests a great place for dreams, private moments and quiet times.

Directions
By plane:
- From Fiumicino airport take the 'Leonardo' train up to Termini railway station. There is a train every 15 minutes, and it is a 30-minute ride. Once at Termini station turn left into Via Giovanni Giolitti and then left again into Via Carlo Cattaneo. You will find us at number 24. From Ciampino airport take the train direction Termini railway station. Once at Termini station turn left into Via Giovanni Giolitti and then left again into Via Carlo Cattaneo. You will find us at number 24.
By car:
From the highway A1 Rome-Florence: exit at Roma Nord. Take the g.r.a. and exit at Settebagni. From there you'll take a street called Via Salaria that will take you until the centre of Rome. Follow the indications for Termini railway station and once in Piazza dei Cinquecento turn right into Via Cavour, left into Via Farini and then left again after about 400 metres into Via Carlo Cattaneo. We are at number 24.
By train:
From the exit if Roma Termini turn left into Via Giovanni Giolitti and then left again into Via Carlo Cattaneo. We are at number 24.
