1. Refund Policies

'In the event of cancellation within 3 days prior to arrival or no-show, one night charge is applicable.'

2. Change Policies

If you change your reservation within 3 days prior to check-in, it is not available to change your reservation.

3. Refund; Change Policies for group(15persons)

If you cancel at least 10 days prior to check-in, you can get a full refund and 5 days prior to check-in, a 50% refund. Within 4 days, there will be no refunds.
(Change Policies are the same conditions as refund Policies)

Check In : 14:00~24:00, Check Out : Until 11:00 a.m.
Breakfast is served between 7 and 10 a.m.
All the facilities of YEHA guesthouse is available Only for those who have made a full payment.
Business hours of the front desk is from 06:30am to 23:00pm, meanwhile CCTV cameras are recording 24 hours for the resident's safety.
Pets are not allowed in the guesthouse.
Drinking is permitted in the guesthouse before 11 p.m. After 11p.m, it is NOT allowed.
