- B&B ROOM DOUBLE & ROOM TRIPLE -

The B&B with the 2 rooms is friendly managed by me,,

I like giving to my guests all the facilities i would like to find travelling...

It's a ideal place for those easy travellers who like peculiar architecture and vintage style..

For the ones who need to have a Wi.-Fi connection or a Pc with internet in their room without wasting time and extra money to find an internet point..

who like to have a wide screen tv with home theatre surround and lots of movies free available to relax at night if it rains...

Each room is furnished with :

- Matrimonial bed 160x200

- Bathroom

- Personal Minifridge

- PC in room with FREE INTERNET ADSL

- The double room has an Apple IMac 24' , while the triple room has a PC

- Wi-Fi connection for your own notebook

- Print your documents directely by the computer from your room.

- TV 46 inches LCD in the double and 28 inches in the triple

- Hi-fi Home Theatre JBL

- CD-DVD player

- Satellite Tv only free channels

- Ceiling fan

- Linen and towels are included

At the entrance in the common area:

- A free selection of DVD movies ( you never know.. in case it rains...)

- Nespresso Coffe Machine Lattissima for coffee or cappuccino

- Toaster, kettle, a warmer and tea selection

- Toasts, butter, jam, yoghurt, juices and different kind of snacks

- Free Maps of the city

- Common fridge for the breakfast

No curfew and no lockout,

guests have their own keys to be free.

Breakfast is included in the room rate.

There are self making breakfast facilities in the common room.

Guests can help themselves with toasts, jam and snacks,, and use a Nespresso coffe-cappuccino machine that makes a very good coffee..

Located in the centre of Rome, between S.Maria Maggiore Basilica and Termini Station,

a short walk from the Colosseum, Foro Romano, Palazzo delle Esposizioni,

Guests who arrive before 14.00 can always leave luggages here,

take their keys and come back at 14.00 or after.

The rooms have not a 'classical' style of interiors.

Attention! This place is not for everybody !!!

It is not for conservative people, who have a classical conception of living,

only for modern ones who focus on the comfort of technology with a sensibility for peculiar design and vintage style.

The walls maintain what remains of the old scratched original plaster, dated back

to the beginning of '900..

It was found under various covering layers of wallpaper later removed...

..what I discovered is an whole not uniform ochre paint that gives a rare and unrepeatable taste to the rooms,

that are furnished with peculiar iron artisanal design fornitures together

with some modernariato.

The bathrooms are quite peculiar also, being architectural prototypes,

essential but full equipped, realized with steel grates on the floor

and flowing water underneath, glass or plastic walls to emphasize the light.

The old ochre plaster substrate, steal, iron,

glass, PVC and various fornitures of modernariato,

make of this place a fusion of artisanal modern style with an strong old flavour.

YOU ARE INVITED to watch at all the pictures before booking to see if you like this style.

This place is simple but clean and well furnished with technology, I take care personally of the bedclothes and towels .. I do not rent them as many B&B do.. you can smell them to realize the freshness..

NOT FOR EVERYBODY, only for modern open minded people who is used to travel in b&b, who appreciate to have technology in the room and the peculiar vintage style.

- INDEPENDENT APARTMENT x 6-9 people -

The INDEPENDENT APARTMENT for 6 people (can be for 7,8 or 9 also by paying an extra amount) has different conditions and facilities from the rooms up here..

It has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, one bathroom with a washing machine, and a living terrace with a big table.

There are 2 Tv, one in the kitchen and one in the bigger room that has and a Hi-Fi with cd player also..

There is NO internet connection by now..

The breaKfast is not included because you're totally independent with the kitchen.

linen and towels are rented from a laundry service.

Groups are pleased to leave the apartment in the same good condition in which they found it

A deposit can be required.
