Villa Mt Blanc is entirely newly renovated and furnished with high quality furniture. There is a Finnish sauna at the villa to be booked and shared in between the three apartments, massage can be organized. Ski room and boot heater in the basement. Villa Mont Blanc and the three apartments are conveniently located 500 meters form the Planards ski slopes with beginners ski school in the winter and the home run from the Valle blanc. It is 50m to ski bus and 300m to the main train station that will take you around the valley, for free with the carte d´hote that i will provide on arrival.

Chamonix is connected to the valley by a highway and a small railway line. It is also connected to Courmayeur in Italy by road via the tunnel under the Mont-Blanc , and Martigny in Switzerland by road and rail.
In the winter there are TGV lines that go directly to St. Gervais-les-Bains (Le Fayet), where you can switch to a small local train to ride up into Chamonix. There is also a TGV that leaves directly from Charles-de-Gaulle airport to Lyon, and you can transfer to St. Gervais-les-Bains (Le Fayet) from there. Via St. Gervais, sleeper trains to Paris are also easily accessible.
The Chamonix valley can be considered everything between Servoz and the Swiss border, or the towns of: Servoz, Les Houches, Chamonix, Les Praz, Argentiere, and Vallorcine.
If you plan to fly to Geneva and hire a car, the route to Chamonix is relatively straight-forward, covering a distance of 88 km. Chamonix is located 80 km southeast of Geneva, Switzerland, and driving time is about one hour via the Autoroute Blanche (A40) motorway. Chamonix is 226 km from Lyon and 612 km from Paris.
Geneva is the most convenient and accessible airport for tourists traveling to Chamonix. Cham-van.com  provides shared and private minibus transportation between Geneva airport and the Chamonix valley throughout the winter season from 25€ per person. Chamexpress.com  run a timetabled daily service to Chamonix from Geneva Airport every 45 minutes throughout the winter and summer seasons at 28€ per person. Alternatively Alpybus , which is based in Geneva offers a high frequency shuttle service to Chamonix with fares at 23.50 euro per person. Deluxe transfers  offer a private, chauffeur driven service between Geneva and Chamonix all year round.
By making a booking the Group Leader shall be deemed to have accepted the terms of these booking conditions on behalf of the Group. The Group Leader is responsible on behalf of all other members of the Group for all matters relating to the booking. Payment ‘Acceptable method of payment’ is by bank transfer direct to the bank account of the Owner. Regardless of payment method, credit card details of the Group Leader or Group will be taken prior to commencement of the holiday to cover damage. No contract shall exist between the Owner and the Group Leader or Group until a minimum of 35 percent deposit has been received by the Owner through an Acceptable method of payment, and a confirmation email has been sent to the Owner. Price The owner guarantees the price of the holiday as quoted at the time of booking. The owner reserves the right to increase or decrease the price of unsold holidays at any time. Termination The Owner reserves the right to terminate without notice and liability the holiday of any Group Member whose behaviour is such that it is disruptive to the enjoyment of others or cause damage to the property or any third party. This is entirely at the discretion of the Owner. Deposit Upon reservation, the Group Leader or Group must pay a deposit of 35 percent of the accommodation price quoted within 2 working days, by an Acceptable Method of Payment. This deposit ensures the reservation of the accommodation for the period of the requested stay, until final payment is received. In the event of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded. Where reservations are made within 8 weeks of the commencement of arrival, full payment will be required to confirm the reservation. Final Payment The remaining balance of the total holiday price, including accommodation and additional services is due and payable by the Group Leader or Group 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival. Cancellation The Owner requires written email cancellation of any bookings from the Group Leader.
