The location of the property is good - close to train station but quiet. The hostess speaks little English, but is very nice and caring. The first night we didn't have a/c because as she said the remote was broken, but we asked her to do smth about this. The next day she brought us the remote.
Rooms are clean and cleaned daily. Breakfast is ok, last two days out of four we had proscuto and fruits besides regular things.
I would stay there again.

B&B Oasi is located in the centre of Rome, within walking distance of the most important archaeological areas, monuments, museums, and theatres of the city.
In a palace built in 1883, we have quiet, comfortable and air-conditioned rooms, with private bathroom.
Breakfast is included in the price and there is a two (2) night minimum stay.
The B&B Oasi is a smoke-free environment.
Optimally connected to the Fiumicino airport with the central railway station by the 'Leonardo Express', a comfortable train, which will bring you in 30 minutes to the Termini Station.
With a short walk you will be at the B&B Oasi. In the vicinity, there are 2 lines of underground (tube) and numerous lines bus, which allow you to visit any part of the city.
Rome's train system is made up of two metro lines - central station terminal and numerous bus terminals including trams. The 'Bed & Breakfast Oasi is duly authorized by the Tourism Promotion Agency of Rome and the Lazio Region and complies with all health and safety standards required by law.
