We are in a strategic position: our B&B is few meters from Museums of Vatican from Metro Ottaviano , which you can easily reach every monument or interest point in Rome.

The B&B is inside a '900 palace, Metro Ottaviano San Pietro . The Opera Street in Vatican offers to it's guests 3 elegant and large rooms, tv, air conditioning, writing desk. Our rooms are very large, so can be used as Double, 3-beds, 4-beds, 5-beds Rooms.
If a room is available to booking, you can book it as Double Room, 3-beds Room, 4-beds Room, 5-beds Room:
If you are 2 people, you can book the Double Room.
If you are 3 people, you can book the 3-beds Room or the Double Room, and then ask us via email to add a 3rd bed. The 3rd bed adding cost is only 30 Euro per night.
If you are 4 people, you can book a Double Room or the 3-beds Room, and then ask us via email to add 1 or 2 extra beds. Every bed added costs only 30 Euro per night.
If you are 5 people you can book the 5-beds Room or a Double Room, and then ask us via email to add 3 extra beds. Every bed added costs only 30 Euro per night.
Please note our cancellation policy: you can modify or delete your reservation until 72 hours before your arrival time. After this term we will apply no-show.

The shower was cold. Even when we told them about it, nothing happened.
Although we were supposed to get breakfast everyday, we just got it twice - before we've paid. After they received the money we didn't see anything from the owner or anybody.
Nevertheless, it's located not far from the main train station.
All in all, the cleanliness could have been better.
we arrived to rome with two babies and nobody was at the hotel, we called by phone but THERE WAS NO ANSWER, we had to look for another hotel and lost all day. They charge the reservation but we did't stay there.......because nobody was there to even open the door or answer our request.
Cuando llegamos a roma con nuestras dos hijas pequeñas el hotel estaba CERRADO y aunque llamamos por telefono no nos atendieron, tuvimos que buscar otro hotel. UNA VERGUENZA.
