About Troost Apartment

The apartment measures 105m2 and can accommodate up to 11 guests.

There's a twin and a triple room, plus two single sofa beds in the living room to provide you comfort during your stay. Bed linens and sheets will be included.

It features chic, minimalist decoration and has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Next to it you will find the dining room where you will feel like at home having all your meals!

The large and spacious living room is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, a CD- and DVD-player for all your entertainment purposes.

Separate bathroom with shower and toilet for everybody's privacy. Towels will be included.

Check- out by 11H00

Cancellation policy is 3 days in advance

We accept payment by cash & credit card

Please note the following:

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.

-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros

-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros

-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).

-Damage deposit: 250 Euro.

-Cleaning fee: 40 Euro.

There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.

In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
