Within the heart of Rome, In a historycal building , the B&B RUDY is located between Termini train station and the Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore, which is very closed to the Colosseo and the Imperial forum.
The completely renovated B&B RUDY offers guest rooms with private bathroom, color tv, security box and telephone in room.
The breakfast is included in the price but :
If the double room costs less than euro 46,00 the breakfast is not included in the price .
If the triple room costs less than euro 86,00 the breakfast is not included in the price .
If the quadruple room costs less than euro 99,00 the breakfast is not included in the price .
Air conditioning is available for the modest price of 5.0 euros per person.
Rent a bike is also possible for the price of 10 euros per day. You must note that it is necessary to book the bike 10 days before the arrival.
Indeed, the B&B possess an free Internet point and a wireless (wifi) connection.
A car-park is available for the payment of 15 euors per night.
Tours of the city and the surrounding area can be booked here.

Directions
From Termini Railway Station:
Exit the south side of Termini (toward McDonald's) and take Via Gioberti, the first street on your left, away from the station and toward the large church, Santa Maria Maggiore

From Fiumicino airport:
DIRECTIONS:
1. Follow signs to the trains (ai treni). Buy ticket (cost around 10 euro)
2. Take the direct train To Roma Termini and exit at Roma Termini. Trains run every 30 minute at 7 and 37 minutes after the hour.
3. Proceed to the main gallery of the train station where the subway is and exit the south side of Termini (toward MacDonald's).
4. Take Via Gioberti, the first street on your left, away from the station and towards the large church, Santa Maria Maggiore
5. Turn left on Via Napoleone III and go to number 53 which will be a few blocks down on your right and push the buzzer marked Rudy.
From Ciampino airport:
DIRECTIONS:
For transportation between Ciampino airport and Termini train station, please check http://www.terravision.it a low cost shuttle service that takes approximately 30 minutes to Roma Termini and costs approx 8 euro (13 euro return). From there, follow the directions below.
