We stayed at Rudy in Dec for 5 days. It's located 5 min. from Termini Station so you can travel through Rome in very convenient way. Room was quite big with a little bit too small bathroom but clean. We had our own keys set to doors and safe.

Within the heart of Rome, In a historical building , the B&B RUDY is located between Termini train station and the Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore, which is very closed to the Colosseo and the Imperial forum.
The completely renovated B&B RUDY offers guest rooms with private bathroom, color tv, security box, telephone in room and Pary pizza service (pizza take away ) in hotel at amodest price .
Important payment in cash only : please kindly be informed that from 1st gennuary 2011 according to the new rome city council s decree law you will be asked to pay additionally the accomodation tax. that is 2 euro per day per person and need be settled in hotel upon arrival.the total amount of your reservation does not included said tax so it is important to keep this additional sum in mind .

The breakfast , the towels and the internet point wi-fi are included in the price but :
If the double room costs less than euro 50,00 the breakfast , the towels and the internet point wi-fi are not included in the price .
If the triple room costs less than euro 86,00 the breakfast , the towels and the internet point wi-fi are not included in the price .
If the quadruple room costs less than euro 99,00 the breakfast , the towels and the internet point wi-fi are not included in the price .
The internet point wi-fi has a cost of euro 8.00 for the whole stay (per room)
Extra towel euro 3.00 .
Air conditioning is available for the modest price of 5.0 euros per person.
It is also possible to rent a bike for the price of 10 euros per day. You must note that it is necessary to book the bike 10 days before the arrival.
It is also possible to rent a scooter.
A car-park is available for the payment of 25 euors per night.
Tours of the city and the surrounding area can be booked here.

We stayed at Rudy in Dec for 5 days. It's located 5 min. from Termini Station so you can travel through Rome in very convenient way. Room was quite big with a little bit too small bathroom but clean. We had our own keys set to doors and safe. in the corridor you can make a tea or coffee but plastic tableware is not good idea
Tinny walls so you can hear voices others guests.
Generally speaking good ratio between price and service and location.

All was satisfied ( maybe the breakfast were too poor-only one crescent) but I would like to visit this place again
