The Bed & Breakfast A Roma Termini is excellently located in the centre of Rome, just 100 metres from the Termini railway station, near the Opera house, the basilica Santa Maria Maggiore, restaurants, bars and shops.

The structure is situated on the third floor of a 19th century Umbertino style building with lift.

Public transportation that takes to other parts of the city is also easy to reach. Guests will easily reach the main Rome attractions.

The structure has 3 double rooms with private bathroom.

All the rooms are equipped with fan, private bathroom, hairdryer and cable TV.

Please note that the Double rooms with Shared Bathroom have actually private bathroom as well but it is not ensuite (it's outside the room).

If the client communicates the cancellation between 7 and 1 days before the expectation arrival you/he/she will have to pay the anticipated whole price for the first night of stay.. If the guest doesn't arrive and doesn't communicate the cancellation by fax or e-mail Within 7 Days you/he/she will have to pay the 100% of the anticipated whole price for the whole stay.

By car:

The structure is easily reachable from any point of the Grande Raccordo Anulare, connected to all main highways; follow the indications to Roma centro and then to Termini station. Via Napoleone III is located between via Principe Amedeo and Via Carlo Alberto.

By train:

The structure is 100 metres from the Termini railway station. Take the exit on the left, turn left onto via Giolitti and then right onto via Gioberti; after 150 metres turn left onto Via Napoleone III.

By airplane:

The Roma Fiumicino airport is connected to the city by highway or by a local train service, called Leonardo Express, leaving every 30 minutes to Termini station.
The Roma Ciampino airport is just a few bus stops from underground line A terminus Anagnina. The ride to Termini takes about 20 minutes.
