About B&T Rooms

We offer our guests clean and comfortable beds, internet access, drink and confectionery vending machines, guide books and maps and even walking tours and information about events.The B&T Rooms are situated in the centre of Rome, just a short walk from the main railway and underground Termini station.

From the B&T Rooms you can easily get to all of the historic and artistic attractions of the city

There is an open-air market every day which continues until 2pm, inexpensive laundries, bars and authentic Italian restaurants.

You must arrive within an hour of the arrival time you say if you will be later you must phone reception if not we will not garantee your reservation Call us to communicate the exact time of your arrival.

There is a cancellation policy of 72 hours.(12:00pm. local time)

Reservation/Cancellation Policy:
Payment is due upon arrival. If a reservation is cancelled by email or fax with less than 72 hours' notice prior to the arrival date, the amount charged will be equivalent to the total amount of the first night's stay.
Cancellations or alterations are accepted only via email or fax. Phone cancellations/alterations are not accepted.

Directions

Exit Termini Rail Station by Track 1
Take a left on Via Marsala, then your first right onto Via Vicenza, then your second left onto Via dei Mille, you reach # 9 on your left ( its the first big gate )
Atention: its not the Hostel Dei Mille, befour this one!

From Leonardo Da Vinci Airport (Fiumincino):
Follow the signs for 'ai treni.' At the platform, buy a ticket for the non-stop train to Termini (about €9.50). You can buy tickets from either the ticket window, the vending machines, or the tabacco store near the tracks. Then follow the directions for Termini Station.

From Ciampino Airport:
Take the Terravision bus shuttle for € 8 OR
The blue Cotral Bus service connects Ciampino Airport to the Anagnina metro (underground) station and costs €3. Tickets can be purchased at the vending machines located at the bus stop or inside the airport. Once you arrive at Anagnina, buy a metro ticket and get off at Termini (about the 15th stop). Follow the directions for Termini Station.

From Tiburtina Train Station:
Follow the signs for the Metro (Underground). Take Linea B (Line B) in the direction of Laurentina and get off at Termini station (about the 4th stop). Then follow the directions for Termini Station.
