We got back from Rome yesterday and Bavaria made our stay warm, welcoming and comfortable. Maria is a wonderful hostess, every morning breakfast was served 7.30am-10am - yet on the last day we had to leave by 7am, and she had it ready by 6.30am!
Sheets and beds were made everyday with fresh towels and clean bathrooms.
Facilities was knocked down for lack of TV, but this is irrelevant - you'd be in Rome, who needs a TV?!?! We were out everyday from 9am till 11pm, busy schedules and things to see...and eat! Maria recommended this wonderful restaurant down Via Cavour called Gallo Matto and it was great, loud, cheery and all out fun! The pizzas were the best we'd ever tasted and reasonably priced for Rome too.
The B&B is situated in a great location to enjoy all the sites of Rome, in four days we didn't get enough time to appreciate that, but know that when we return to do the rest we will most definitely be staying at Bavaria B&B.

This tiny family B&B is kept perfectly clean and the owners are really friendly and helpful people. There are only rooms with shared bathrooms but the fact that there are 2 bathrooms for the 3 or 4 rooms means that they are almost private. You get a nice breakfast for your money, which will keep you walking till lunchtime. And the Internet is free in the lobby. The place is also absolutely child-friendly - we stayed here with our 6-year-old son.
