Antonella and Ivan welcome you to their lovely B&B in the heart of Rome!
We're near the wonderful St Peter's Basilica, the Vatican, the Sistine Chapel and Saint Angelo Castle. From here you can easily reach the entire city by foot, bus or metro - the nearest subway stop, 'Ottaviano - San Pietro - Musei Vaticani', is only a couple minutes walk away.
All of our rooms include a private bathroom (either en suite or next to the room) and access to the kitchen 24 hours a day. Our prices include breakfast at any time, free coffee and tea, free computer and Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and heating, linen, towels, cleaning and a map of Rome.
We will welcome you warmly into a pleasant, elegant and refined atmosphere, right in the centre of Rome. Our guesthouse has recently been renovated to ensure our guests' comfort. The rooms are elegantly furnished with considerable attention to detail, providing total privacy and comfort.

If you book a Superior Room you will get a suite (independent apartment) - the Superior 3 Bed is an apartment with a triple bedroom, sitting room, corner kitchen and bathroom; the Superior Double Bed is the same but with a double bedroom.

Conditions
Please make sure you let us know your arrival time ahead of time because we will need to go to the apartment specifically to check you in. You'll need at least an hour to get here from the airport, or 30 minutes from the train station. You can get in touch with us via email or phone.
Payment is only by cash or traveller's cheques upon arrival, please. Thank you!

We were 3 weary travelers from Canada. I have been In Europe 10 times in the last decade. I have never been treated so well with such care and concern to my every need. Ivan and Antonella take a special interest to make sure you are safe see every thing you want while you stay. If I had been a first time traveler and not knowing the Roman system I would hope to find a place like this, Ivan would look after you. His apartments are clean and close to the centre and he would give you a Quick lesson on getting around. He takes a personal interest in his bussiness and does very well at it. Thankyou Ivan and Antonella (the newly weds)

We cannot recommend this guesthouse highly enough, the facilities and location are excellent, Ivan and Antonella could not have been more helpfull. My family and I loved it and would definatly stay there again if we were in Rome.
