About Pasettistr

Vienna4rent offers cozy, comfortable and nicely furnished apartments near the city center.

Our one to four room apartments range in size from 30 -110 square meters. The apartments are in traditional buildings with bright and high-ceilinged rooms, partly parquet floors in the living quarters. Kitchen/bath/toilet areas are completely tiled.

Public transportation is available in the immediate vicinity of all locations. Details of the surrounding area and location can be found in the individual apartment descriptions.

Each apartment is equipped with:

Microwave oven

Coffee machine, water cooker

Per person: 1 set of bed linens, 1 towel, and 1 bath towel

the apartements are located at

Final cleaning
All apartment prices include taxes and duties as well as operation and energy costs. Final cleaning is billed once separately (€ 40,-).
Payment
After your reservation, please remit 30% as down payment, then settle the remaining rent amount on the day of your arrival directly with your landlord. We accept no credit cards.
Should you stay longer than 4 weeks, your account payment will be made at the beginning of each month.
