Breakfast Included

We are located in the heart of Rome Tourist centre, a few steps away from Vatican City, the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter Basilica. We boast a spectacular head-on panoramic view of the dome of St. Peter's Basilica and Rome from our balcony.

We offer three cozy and comfortable rooms with private bathroom, a private balcony, a high speed internet connection, and cable TV.

Two of the rooms, have direct access to the balcony with the view on St.Peter's Dome. All rooms all have a DVD with free recently-released films on request. Two of the rooms can house a third bed for an extra charge of 15 euro per day. Breakfast can be served on the balcony with the view,

All rooms have air conditioning on request, for an extra charge of 3 euro per night

Cancellation policy: 3 days before arrival, otherwise 1st night's stay will be charged on customer's credit card.

We are located in Rome' s historical centre. To get to St. Peter's Basilica you need a 2-minute walk, and 10 minute walk to get to the Sistine Chapel and the Vatican Museum.

We are within walking distance or at the furthest, a 10-minute bus ride away from all the most important archeological sites of Rome, like the Foro Italico and the Fori Imperiali, Colosseum etc.

We are 50 metres away from main Rome bus line n. 64 and Roma San Pietro rail station.
