Colombo City Hostel is simple yet stylish. We follow the tried and tested European model of a no-frills hostel –clean, safe, affordable and fun – in a unique refurbished pre-independence residence. Guests often express to us how refreshing it is to find such an oasis of calm in a busy Asian capital.
The hostel boasts inner and outer courtyards and lounging areas, super fast 4G WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen available for guests’ use 24/7 (the supermarket is just down the street) plus travel advice. There’s even a plunge pool and sun loungers for those wishing to soak up some sun.
Colombo City Hostel is in metropolitan Kohuwalla (pronounced Ko-hoo-va-lah). The hostel is handily located between the cultural heart of the city, Colombo 7 -- home to the National Museum, Cinnamon Gardens and Independence Square -- and the beach at Mount Lavinia with its many eateries and bars.
CCH is a friendly place where solo travellers often meet travel buddies to continue on their Sri Lankan trip with. We often organise nights out to local nightspots and can organise city tours upon request.
We aim to be our guests’ home away from home, and judging by our return and personal recommendation rate we’re getting it right. Why not come and find out why we are the most popular budget accommodation in Colombo?
We offer a little oasis in the City with fast Wifi, free Breakfast, a small garden and a relaxing atmosphere.
NEW: We also offer a private Room for 2-3 Persons. For more information and reservations please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
