Bright Studio Cottage in Davis, California, Sacramento, USA

The house is a detached cottage of the main house and sits within the UCDavis campus lot and is within easy walk to the main campus. One full bathroom, mini kitchen and a bed in the first floor. The loft is currently not for use.

Quiet but busy neighborhood in the Gap Plaza composed of mostly students.

Bus stop is a few yards in the cross street at 1st Street. There are Zipcar locations within walking distance. Hertz is also walking distance in Olive Drive.

It is an independent studio cottage (which is still part of the main house-see photos) formerly used by my daughter who is currently in University of California San Diego UCSD. It is perfect for visiting faculty, conference attendees, visiting students from other places and visiting families of UCDavis students and other visitors.

It is a close walk to the UCDavis campus via the Arboretum accessible by sidewalk and, the main campus through 1st street.

Washer and Dryer can be used for an additional fee (minimal).
