For week-end ,we accept booking for minimum two nights .
The payment will be only in cash on the arrival
CANCELLATION POLICY :please,note there will be no charge if you cancel your reservation by FAX or E-MAIL within 2 days before your scheduled date of arrival .If you don't cancel your reservation within days and if you don't arrive ,we will charge on your credit card ,whichis the beds rate for the first night.

We are about 10 minutes walk from the Central Railway
Station ' Roma Termini ',Via Merulana 191
Go out from Termini Station through the exit .Cross
Via Giolitti and proceed to Santa Maria Maggiore.Take the street Via Merulana and proceed to no 191 .Once at the entrance , ring Conte ,and walk up to the second floor.But, when you arrive in the Termini Station of Rome, ,you can take a bus 714( only 4 stops).
