B&B Belvedere is a full-renovated structure located in the historical center of Sant'Antioco town, a few minutes (by car) from the most beautiful beaches and archeological heritage of the Island.

B&B Belvedere is located in the historical center of Sant'Antioco town, in 101, Belvedere street and has a breath-taking view overlooking the Lagoon and the Gulf of Palmas, far 150 m from Corso Vittorio Emanuele and 200 meters from the seafront, a few minutes (with the car) from the beautiful beaches of the Island.

The common area on the ground floor, well furnished and comfortable is also equipped with air conditioning, LCD TV 32 'with 5.1 surround system.

All rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi, all bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers.

Our rooms:

'The Lagoon' room has a double bed with a private balcony enjoys a fabulous views overlooking the Lagoon and the Palmas Gulf, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, LCD TV 19', DVD player, drying rack outside and shared bathroom with the 'The Garden' room (daily cleaning of the bathroom).

'The Garden' room, the most quiet, with king size bed, overlooking the hotel's garden, has air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, 22 ' LDC TV and DVD player, drying rack outside, shared bathroom with the 'The Lagoon' room (daily cleaning of the bathroom).

'The Belvedere' room, on the 2nd floor has a private terrace with a breath-taking view overlooking the Lagoon and the Palmas Gulf, bathroom ensuite, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, drying rack outside, it's equipped for self-catering (fridge with freezer, microwave oven, dishes, glasses, cutlery, bowls) that allows you to cook frozen foods.

'The Belvedere' because of its composition could be twin with two single beds, double with king size bed, triple or quadruple, is suitable for couples, friends or families on holiday. Cot and bottle warmer available.

We organize transfer services from/to the international airport of Cagliari and the port.

The price is € 60.00 maximum 4 people for the port and airport of Cagliari/Elmas, the nightly charge transfer and/or weekend work is € 20.00 from 19.00 p.m. to 07.00 a.m.; transfert from Carbonia € 20.00 (overnight and/or weekend € 28).

Available for the guests free beach umbrella and cool bag.

Bikes for rent and beach towels available on request.

We also organize boat trips along the coast with skipper and guided archaeological tours.

To reach the local beaches there is the service of public transport (in the summer period from the 15th of June to 15th of September).

Bed & Breakfast Belvedere favour and hospitality are at home.

By bus: the public bus stop Cagliari Sant' Antioco line is not far, it is at 500 m from our structure.

By train: near here in Carbonia there is the railway station where is possible to take the bus service Carbonia " Sant'Antioco.

By car: It isn t difficult, from Cagliari just follow the roads signs to Sant Antioco. It is easy to reach us also from the Alghero Fertilia airport and from the port of Porto Torres.

You can also book on request a transfer or taxi service from Cagliari to our structure.
