About Domus Victoria
We are in the center of Rome, in the Santa Maria Maggiore neighborhood, walking distance from all major monuments such as the Coliseum and the roman Forum. Also, we are just 10 minutes away from the main train station and the subway stop is 20mtrs from our door.
Completely renewed, we offer comfortable rooms with an ensuite bathroom (with shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer), ceiling fan, TV, minibar and safe box, free city maps and a multilingual staff ready to assist you with tips on city habits and events.
Our rooms all have an ADSL WIFI connection that we offer for free to our guests; just bring your laptop and keep in touch with your friends (free use of USB phone for Skype included as well).
All double rooms feature a double bed.
Twin room features one bunk bed.
Triple room features one single bed + one bunk bed.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :
Being a guesthouse we don't have a 24hrs reception. So we need you to confirm your arrival time and respect it; please when you reserve specify the time of your arrival or do it afterwards by e-mail. If you have a change of plans you need to inform us: this is necessary to be welcomed without hitches, as there is not a concierge night and day.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cannot take up your booking, you need to cancel no later than 7 days before your date of arrival. Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 am (CET.). Any booking cancelled between 7 and 3 days before the date of arrival will be billed at a cost equivalent to the price of the first night. For following cancellations or in case of no-show or of anticipated leaving, the total price of the booking will be charged.
Please note that in case of reservation containing Holidays, you need to cancel 7 days before your date of arrival or entire booking amount will be charged.
