About Tropical Lodge Maldives
The tropical lodge has six bedrooms each containing two beds with space for extra beds to accommodate families. All rooms are en suite and have 15 channel cable television and air conditioning.There is a barbeque/sunbathing area as well as other shaded seating areas. We offer a number of reasonably priced excursions such as snorkeling, island hopping, night fishing and other activities such as scuba diving. We offer room only, B&B, half board and full board not only in our guest house but in deluxe villas which directly face the beach. We have free WIFI and have special rates for couples and families.The rooms are in an indigenous Maldivian village with coral houses and palm tress swaying in the sea breeze. Freshly caught fish is also available to purchase from fishing boats at the harbor.
Important Information
Conditions
The Maldives does not allow alcohol except on resort islands or safari boats. Thus alcohol is forbidden on the indigenous islands. However if you would like to drink alcoholic beverages, visits can be made to resorts nearby. Bikinis and other exposing attire is forbidden in the islands, but we will take you to uninhabited islands if you so wish in which you can dress as you wish. Reception will be available 24 hours. There is an ATM at the airport but it is advised to bring extra cash.
