So many bad things about this place. Biggest issue was the service. We asked for help with our luggage because you have to take it up a flight of stairs before reaching a very small lift. They laughed at us and said "We don't help. You pay for what you get" (100 euros a night, btw). Then, in Italian, one says to the other "They want a bell boy" and started laughing. We asked for extra towels because they only gave 1 per person for the whole stay (3 days/2 nights) they said no and laughed. One of the days we came to our room and found that whoever cleaned it shattered a bottle of our perfume. They cleaned up the mess/evidence, left the now-empty bottle on the night stand, and didn't say a word. We were too nervous to say anything to them about it because we just wanted to pay and get out of there with no more troubles. The pictures on their site don't express how bad this place is for the price. The bathroom we had to use was not the image online, and it was much worse. Plus it wasn't very clean and we had to share with other guests AND the staff that lived there. Our breakfast came to us in plastic bags, like they bought it at a gas station. How do they call themselves a Bed & Breakfast? Again, for 100 euros a night, I expect a lot more.

This little bed and breakfast was in an excellent location within walking distance of the Coloseum. The room was convenient, but noisy as it overlooked a major road. The Metro was reasonably close.

The breakfast was brought to our room on a tray, and like many Italian hotels we have stayed in , it was very limited and not very nutritious!

The service was particularly good; the receptionist was extremely helpful.

Absolutely terrific. What an amazing location, literally 10min walk to the Coliseum. The host was most helpful on arrival, quick and efficient and provided us with a map and noted special locations, bus routes, supermarket, etc. Simple room, but all you need for a couple nights stay. Quiet and clean. Breakfast very simple but more than sufficient if you want to eat quick and travel Rome. Free coffee any time of day and free internet access was terrific. No air conditioning, but big windows in the room alleviated the heat. There might be air conditioning in the main premises, we were across the street in another set of rooms. It was everything we were looking for: great location, inexpensive, clean! It worked perfect for us and would strongly recommend for anyone else. If we ever go back to Rome we will certainly stay again.
