Please note that we only accept groups of up to 10 people via Hostelworld. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you book for a group larger than that.
Please note that we do have age restriction for over 40 year's for shared room & under 18 is not allowed to stay in shared room, but in private is ok if they travel with their family.
We do not accept cancellations by phone, sorry.
We are unable to send mail or fax letters for visa document applications.
Check-in: from 9am at our laundry and internet point.
If you will be arriving after 23:00 please contact us by email or phone to let us know. If you don’t show up before 23:00 and you haven’t contacted us about it, we are not responsible for your reservation and will charge you for the first night for no show.

New city tax starts from 1°September 2014. Rome City Council has imposed a tourist tax of 3.50 Eur per person per night. We are sorry but this is unfortunately not included in the accommodation fee. Please consider this extra fee in your budget.

Please note that for the period from the 30th December 2014 to the 1st of January 2015 the cancellation policy is 7 days before your arrival and the amount NO SHOW will be the full amount of the original booking.

Can I add an extra bed?

If a property offers airport transfers, this will be included in their facilities description. A direct contact email address and phone number is sent to you as part of your booking confirmation so you can arrange any transfers. Please note that transfers may incur an additional cost.

I arrive very late, can I still check-in?

We do not have direct access to the contact details of accommodations listed on our site. When you make a booking, a direct contact email address and phone number is sent to you as part of your booking confirmation so you can make changes, arrange transfers, etc.
