Some of our ensuite double rooms are located on the third floor, without an elevator...but they’re very nicely styled rooms.

If you will be arriving after 23:00 please contact us by email or phone to let us know. If you don’t show up before 23:00 and you haven’t contacted us about it, we are not responsible for your reservation and will charge you for the first night for no show.
Since 01/01/11, Rome City Council has imposed a tourist tax of €2 per person per night. We are sorry but this is unfortunately not included in the accommodation fee. Please consider this extra fee in your budget.
Please note that for the period from the 30th December 2013 to the 1st of January 2014 the cancellation policy is 7 days before your arrival and the amount NO SHOW will be the full amount of the original booking.
