Here you will find really spotless, safe, and low cost accommodation in the center of Rome. Whether you are looking for Hostel accommodation in dorm beds or comfortable private rooms in a hotel, the Funny Palace is the ideal place to stay to enjoy the wonders of Rome.

Every thing you need is close by, from tours, restaurants, internet, and laundry service to air tours above the ancient city. Stay as long as you want, we guarantee your stay to be a joyful one.

Just down the stairs of our hostel you will find our spacious internet point with laundry service and where you meet all travellers from all over the world. Our internet & laundry point is well recommended by all the guide books such as let’s go, lonely planet and frommer’s.

NB: some of our double rooms with private ensuite are located in the third floor with out elevetor but it's very nice style rooms.

Please note:

Payment is only in cash, at your arrival

Phone cancellations are not accepted

We are unable to send mail or fax letters for visa document applications

Checkins will be done after 9:00 an at our laundry and internet point on the same place

If your arrival time is after 23:00 you have to contact us by email or phone.

If you don't show up before 23:00 and you didn't contact us, unfortunately we are not responsable for your reservation and we will charge you for the first night.

**** Notice about Rome's new tourist tax ****

Rome City Council decided to charge 2 Euros per person per night on tourists who visit Rome. It is implemented from the 01/01/2011. We are sorry but this is unfortunately NOT included in the accommodation fee, upon making reservation please consider this extra fee in your budget.

Please note that for the period from the 30th December 2008 to the 1st of January 2009 the cancellation policy is 7 days.
