we rent One / Two / Three bedrooms apartments with private off street parking very close to the sea for summer holidays or weekend to the sea.

Acqualadroni Affitti is a private development that welcome Sicily's visitors from all over the world.

Guests can lie on the beach of the Tyrrhenian Sea or can just visit Sicily with his millenarian history / traditions / folks / amazing food.

We welcome tourist that would like to cook since every apartment is equipped with Cooker / Fridge-Freezer.

Apartments offer wide balcony over the beach and the Tyrrenian Sea, offering the possibility to get tunned in a private and comfortable accommodation.

Reserved Parking is available for each apartment.

All Apartments have kitchen with fridge, cooker, dining table, panoramic balcony, double bedroom and twin bedroom for kids.

All properties are very close to the beach. the residential estate is closed from the main road via a private gate

Keys/remote control will be given by the managers to the guests upon arrival.

The smallest studio offer a double bed, ideal for a couple w/o kids

The biggest apartment offer 3 bedrooms making perfect for family with kids.

Every flat has private toilet with washing machine and 24hr shower rooms

By Car

Via Motorway.

After getting off from the ferry boat that connect Sicily to the mainland, you need to

1) Take the motorway A20 (Palermo direction, ~12 km),

2) Exit at junction called "Villafranca Tirrena"

3) After pay points, turn right into the government road S.S 113 (Messina direction)

4) Pass the villages of Rodia, S.Saba and Spartà and finally turn left when you see the Acqualadrone indication (~12km).

5) Arrived on the see side, continue up to the number 100

1) Take the road called "Viale della Libertà" and then S.S. 113 (Palermo direction) for about ~20km

2) Pass the villages of Sant'Agata, Ganzirri (and the lake of Ganzirri), Torre Farro, Mortelle

3) Turn right when you see the Acqualadrone indication.

4) Follow this road (you need to get closer to sea) almost to the end and you arrive in front of the residence.

5) Arrived on the see side, continue up to the number 100
