An elegant villa from the early 20th century with a wonderful mediterranean garden just few minutes from St. Peter's and the Vatican Museums. It retains the dreamy atmosphere of the mythical Twenties when Art Nouveau became Futurism

In this mix of styles and references, it hosts the nine charming suites of Antica Dimora Contessa Arrivabene, the aristocratic muse of the Roman Futurist artists whose portrait stands in the suite dedicated to her.

All the rooms overlook the romantic garden full of lemon and orange trees enriched by a rare collection of 17th - century scenty pelargoniums. For the gorgeous sunny days that Rome offers our guests will enjoy a wisteria-covered pergola or a solarium-roofgarden. But they can also relax in a delicious tearoom full of precious art books.

Location Information

A one minute walk to frequent BUSSES will take you directly in the heart of Rome, Via del Corso.

A few steps to the Metro stop "CIPRO-MUSEI VATICANI" that will take you quickly to all the attractions of the Ethernal City.

Always a few minutes the FR3 - Urban Rail Station "APPIANO PROBA PETRONIA" will take you easily to Trastevere or Ostiense Station from which you can reach to the sea, or to spend a day in the Roman countryside will take you to Bracciano, its charming lake dominated by Odescalchi Castle, the mysterious medieval city of Viterbo, and especially its famous SPA "Terme dei Papi" or to the natural reserve of Manziana, or else to the magical SPA "Terme di Stigliano" situated at the bottom of a beautiful Eighteenth-Century villa surrounded by greenery.

Viale Tito Livio offers free parking, but, if desired, in the immediate vicinity there are also many car parks with guardians. The area is full of shops, bars, restaurants and pizzerias.
