The Rome centre apartment is in a walking distance to the famous and caracteristic flea market Porta Portese and the Tiber river.

The Girasolereale City Rome centre apartment is an holiday apartment at the last floor (7) with elevator. The guest can enjoy the beautiful view from the terrace , St Peter, testaccio, Tiber river, where they can relax or have luch or dinner (there is a elettronic suntend).

The flat in the Rome centre has hardwood floor, a masterbedroom Laura Asley style, with stereo cd player, livingroom with sofabed and handpaint fireplace, kitchen totaly furnished with the laundry and bathroom with jacuzzi. All windows have 2 glass for keep out the noise of the City. The guest will find dryhair, safebox and tv plus air condition and cd stereo and dvd player.

Please note: cancellation policy is 72 Hours.

For booking longer than 3 days please note that you have to pay a 50 Euro deposit at arrival for electric usage; at the end of your stay we will calculate your consumption (0.30 Euro per KW).

Beauty and restored in 1998, the hardwood floor all in the penthouse make warm atmosphere. Plus The hand paint fireplace and jacuzzi .

- with Ryanair o Easyjet flight, special bus for Termini Station. From the station take metro linea B direction Eur Laurentina and exit to 'Piramide'.
