Hotel Silva, opened in 1956, is a 1920s villa located in one of most beautiful areas of Rome, but currently is enjoying a new lease of life.

Although its facade remains one of the most beautiful of the 1920s, under the regulations of the Ministry of Cultural Patrimony, the interior is being renovated, but still keeping its original splendour.

Singles, doubles, and triples all have bathroom, fridgebar, television and private phone.

In the hotel there is an internet point, bar, restaurant, and parking facilities. All the rooms are furnished elegantly.

Conditions

It is possible to cancel the reservation until two days before arriving.
In case the conditions are not respected or in case of no show the full amount of the first night will be charged.
In case of advance of the departure, the entire amount of the current night will be debited.

In case of groups the limit is 7 days before check- in without penalty.. For school groups a security deposit is provided.
