A spotlessly,cosy,private,residential property with shared kitchen and bathroom.Our stylish accomodation consists of three bedrooms. The blue room is a double with an extra single bed, bot orange and yellow are doubles.The appartement is newly furnished and we have central heating for winter and powerful silent fans for the summer months. One room has a little balcony where pets are accepted with an extra cleaning and disinfecting fee of 15euros overcharge.

Of course complimentray traditional italian breakfast is available anytime at one of the local bars

Conditions

Newly bought and newly restored. Three rooms, one blu which has an extra single bed; one orange and one yellow; all with newly bought furniture a part from kitchen. For summer heath also newly bought and modern silent powerfull fans are provided in each room. One room has a little balcony where pets are accepted with an extra cleaning and disinfecting fee of 15euros overcharge.

Guest kitchen available, traditional Italian breakfast is offered at anytime at the bar nearby.

By taxi from Trastevere St:: 5 min.,about 12 euros

By car: take Via Gianicolense direction Via Portuense.
Passed S.camillo's Hospital turn left into Via Ramazzini ;
at second traffic light turn left till via Portuense.
At the traffic light on the right you will see a Q8 petrol station.
On its left is Via E.Bombelli .
Enter it till Doria Pamphili Square (piazza).
The second right is Via Francesco Pallavicini.
