This small and nice guesthouse is centrally located , in front of the Termini station, 5 minutes on foot. It is very near to the subway line and to the points of interest of Rome.The Breakfast is included (free room service), internet free wirless, airconditioned and the shower is 24/24 hours and We haven' t curfew time.
The guesthouse comprises of a :
20 rooms with ( private ensuite) , and any room* has private bathrom, air conditioning, Tv, frigo bar. We have also room with shared bathroom, all room was very clean and confortable.
It is family-run, the rooms and the bathroooms are very clean and spacious.
The BREAKFAST is including and is IN ROOM SERVICE !
The house is very quiet and peaceful (double-glazed windows), and is ideally located near Termini Station in a nice XIX century building with courtyard.
Recently renovated, linen and towels are provided and there is hot water available 24 hours a day. Also included in the price is gas and electricity there are no additional costs.
Its ideal position makes it an ideal starting point to visit Rome and its marvellous monuments.
We are within walking distance to all major attractions including Navona Square, the Pantheon, Campo de Fiori, the Roman Colosseum and , as well as Piazza di Spagna and San Giovanni in Laterano (line A). Piazza della Repubblica is at only 15 minutes on foot.
There is an open-air market every day which continues until 2pm where you can find loads of bargains. Also in the area are inexpensive laundries, bars and authentic Italian restaurants.
We will be delighted to make suggestions on how to spend an unforgettable holiday in the Eternal City.

Rooms with private bathroom have: Tv, Air conditional, Towels, Wi-fi in the room, and breakfast in roomservice.

Extremely helpful staff, especially Giorgia who was always ready to help with our queries. The hotel staff is well informed and very courteous.

Very good choice for the budget traveller. But be aware that the wifi doesn't work in every room, at least not in either of my two different ones.

Excellent place for this money! But in summer is very hot so ask the room with aircondition (it should be working otherwise it is not possible to sleep)
The location in "china town" but for me it was fine, everything looked safety. I really like this place but i still think it is not so close to mainly activities of the city such as attraction , shops and etc. The metro station is 5 min walk. Mabe next time i will visit it again)

From Fiumicino Airport:
Take the direct train to Termini station;
*Or also the Bus to Rome down town.
From Ciampino Airport:
Take the subway line A from Anagnina to Termini;
From Termini Station it is very near, on foot it is only 5 minutes.
Exit Termini Station from the left and that's Via Giovanni Giolitti.
