The Complejo Tango hotel is very quaint and has a great atmosphere, particualrly when the Tango shows are on. The wireless internet was free and reasonably fast. The plumbing might leave a bit to be desired and the outside bathroom I had to use had no lock on the door, but these are a minor complaints really, it is a lovely old place. IAN
A little out of the centre, but easily accessible by public transport. Cheerful, personable and accommodating young staff. Room quite well equipped for a budget hotel, and quirky and quaint....it is a restored older place, still with decor features in keeping with earlier tango days. Lots of hot water, bidet, modern bathroom, generous shampoo, shower gel etc. Wi Fi in room (included). Cable TV,A/C, comfortable bed. Breakfast is variable. Discount for the nightly tango show and dinner - which are spectacular- for guests. Don't miss the tango show...smaller and more intimate than many, with enormously talented crew of dancers and musos. Recommend for those looking for a more genuine experience.
