About Residenza Trastevere

Our Apartment is situated in a safe and characteristic area of Rome, Trastevere, which is 10 minutes walk from the centre. It's close to subway, typical restaurants, bus and train n°8 which is take you straight to the centre (l.go Argentina – Piazza Venezia), atm and snack bar.

The Residenza Trastevere offers recently refurbished self-catering apartments sleeping up to 10 people. Each apartment is spacious and well-appointed to ensure guests a comfortable and truly enjoyable stay in Rome.

The apartments consist of a welcoming living room, bedrooms, bathrooms with shower, and balconies. The kitchen features a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishware, cooking utensils and washing machine.

All of the accommodations are equipped with bed linen, blankets & bath towels, cable TV, heating, telephone (inbound calls only), free wireless Internet access, iron and ironing board.

A 25.00 euro cleaning fee will be applied per apt, for stays of less than one week.

For all arrivals after 8pm it will be applied a fee of 50.oo euro.

Please specify the arrival time in the voucher and call us for the confirmation.

Please call us to provide arrival time or email us the info since we do not have a 24 hour reception. It is very important to have this info at least 4 days before your arrival. Our office is open from Mon - Fri 9 am to 6 pm. After 8 pm please call on our mobile and to fix an appointment for the delivery of the keys.

From 'Termini' train station
- bus line 'H' (for circa 15 minutes) and get off at the Viale di Trastevere 209
- local train – platform 27/28 – stop at "Trastevere". Residenza Trastevere is five minute far from the Trastevere Railway Station. Take the tram line '8' for just one stop - direction "Argentina". Taxi available.

- From the Airports
The 'Leonardo da Vinci' (Roma-Fiumicino) Airport is connected to the city by a local train service, leaving for 'Trastevere station' (25 minutes). From the station take the tram line '8' for just one stop - direction "Argentina". The Residenza Trastevere is situated in Viale di Trastevere 209

The Roma- Ciampino Airport is a few bus stops from underground line 'A' ' Anagnina'. Get off at the 'Termini' stop, take the bus line 'H' and get off at the Viale di Trastevere 209 or catch the local train – platform 27/28 – stop at "Trastevere".
