'Colosseum rooms' is a simple but nice guesthouse in the centre of Rome, near the main Termini station and just two steps from 'Colosseo' and 'Fori Imperiali'.The B&B is halfway between two very important Cathedrals, 'Santa Maria Maggiore' and 'San Giovanni in Laterano'. You will find plenty of stores for your requirements until late night.Payment: Cash only, on arrival at the guesthouse.To avoid any inconvenience please advise us about your arrival time (in local Italian time) or if you are later.Check in 24 Hours but please note that the rooms will be available starting at 12:00 PM, if you arrive before you can check in and leave your baggage but you will have the room at your disposal at 12:00 PMPayment: Only cash on arrival at the guesthouse.To avoid any inconvenience please advise us about your arrival time (in local Italian time) or if you are late.

Stayed here for 2 nights. It's a very basic place - nice bedlinen and very, very clean but no real lounge area or tv in bedrooms. However, I would recommend it all the same particularly since most people come to Rome to sightsee and not stay in hotel so would be gone for most of the day:-) Girl at the reception was very nice and friendly. I would warn though that if you are by yourself and hoping to meet other travellers this wouldn't be the place for you as I didn't see the other people staying there in the 2 nights that I stayed there!!!
We made a reservation for Simone B&B because we stayed there three months ago and liked it very much. But this time we ended up in E&S Guesthouse (the opposite side of the same street) where there's no Internet, no microwave and no fridge. The problem is that the staff hasn't informed us about it. Apart from it, they don't keep your luggage. So just be careful and ask about the exact services they provide.
