Sweet Alice b&b is a very nice apartement.
It's new just opened and has 4 large rooms all with air-conditioning, plasma TV.
They are all pretty rooms clean all confortable.
We are in the city center of Rome, just 5 minutes walk from Termini station.
Trains to and from the airport are 3 minutes' walk away.
We are well situated because most of the best monuments of Rome are very close (for example the Colosseum is just 10 minutes' walk).
Payment: Cash only, on arrival.
Check-in 1pm-midnight.
Check-out: before 11am.

Sweet Alice is in Via Principe Amedeo,331 2 blocks behind Via Giolliti Termini Station 5 minutes walk
Trains to and from airport are about 3 minutes walk.
From Termini Station :
We are in Via Principe Amedeo 331 which is the second block behind Termini Station.
Once you are outside of Termini Station you'll find Via Giolliti and the second street on your left side is Via Principe Amedeo.
From airport :
From the airport trains stop in Via Giolliti so it is the same way.
The 2 lines of metro in Rome are in Termini Station so it is again the same way.
By car you can get Tangenziale till San Giovanni Thenvia Merulana till termini station and then follow the directions above.
