Starting from the 1 January 2011, Rome City Council will ask for a overnight accomodation tax. Will be 2 euro per night ( 10 nights maximum ) per person.This fee ,is not included in the hotel rate , must be paid cash at check -in time.

Cancellation policy:

In case non-arrival on the day, your credit card will be charged for the amount of the first night.

After check-in, the reservation can not be cancelled and full payment for the number of nights confirmed at the time of booking will be charged.

Payment:

A deposit paid is not refundable full payment for your stay is required at check-in, only in cash

Check-in / check-out:

Check-in is possible after 8:00 a.m. But your room may not be ready before 11:30 a.m. If you arrive earlier than that, you can check-in and store your luggage in the hall until your room is ready. Check-out on the day of departure is at 10:00 am. If you have a late train or flight, you can store your luggage at the hall for a few hours.

Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival (local time)we do not accept cancellation on the phone. Just by fax or E-Mail. Payments made in advance are not refundable. If the reservation is not canceled on time will already mentioned, and the customer will not come, the bank will make a No Show, with the amount of room for the first night.
