Good location , walking distánce to Termini Station. Breakfast is served in the room ,it´s good but it would have been nice to have a small breakfast room and maybe inck,ude some juice. The lady there in charge was very nice and polite.

Starting from the 1 January 2011, Rome City Council will ask for a overnight accomodation tax. Will be 2 euro per night ( 10 nights maximum ) per person.This fee ,is not included in the hotel rate , must be paid cash at check -in time.

In case non-arrival on the day, your credit card will be charged for the amount of the first night.

After check-in, the reservation can not be cancelled and full payment for the number of nights confirmed at the time of booking will be charged.

Payment:

A deposit paid is not refundable full payment for your stay is required at check-in, only in cash

Check-in / check-out:

Check-in is possible after 8:00 a.m. But your room may not be ready before 11:30 a.m. If you arrive earlier than that, you can check-in and store your luggage in the hall until your room is ready. Check-out on the day of departure is at 10:00 am. If you have a late train or flight, you can store your luggage at the hall for a few hours.
