Camping Tiber has much more to offer than any normal hostel in Rome. We are a true HOLIDAY RESORT, and located only 20 minutes away from the cultural heart of Rome.

Services we offer:

- Bed linen (included)

- 24 hour usage of hot showers and bathrooms (included)

- Washers and Dryers (extra cost)

- Shuttle bus to/from the metro station

Onsite we have a Bar/Restaurant/Pizzeria where you can enjoy a wonderful cup of Italian coffee before hitting the sites; tasty typical Italian dishes for lunch and dinner, and traditional Italian pizza. There is also a Beer Garden where we have music playing, a great place to chill.

In the bar you can also find an Internet Point free of charge!

If your not up for a full meal and just feel like a quick snack, or some groceries, go visit our market!

After a busy day of sight-seeing the best thing to do is come back here and relax by the pool (no extra charge). There are many deck chairs at your disposal and hammocks. We also have a pool side bar with music, a great place to meet and greet!

Accommodation:

- Twin Private Ensuite

- Twin Private shared bathroom

- Female and Male Dorms

This is a Trusted Review. Why?

it was awesome! we stayed in the hostel in the 20-people room, but it was seperated into small cabins, so we had one cabin for ourselves. if you don't mind, that everyone can come in and go out, than its perfect. if you need a place to lock in your stuff, than you have a problem. since everyone was really nice and there was such a cool atmosphere, there was no need for lockers. the beergarden is perfect to get to know a lot of awesome backpackers and you will have a lot of fun. unfortunately rome is quite far away, but the train connection is good(only costs one euro to go into town), so no problem. i would recommend to stay in the hostel in the morning and midday and stay at the pool and go into the city later, when its cooling down.
one other annoying thing is, that there is no nice shop around. the shop on the camping place is quite expensive, but in prima porta there is a great and cheap fruit market and a cool italian café. perfect!

This is a Trusted Review. Why?

Unfortunately there are no signs at the trainstation indicating where the shuttle bus departs from.
When arriving early in the morning or late in the evening you are lost!!!

It can happen that the shuttle bus is full or just doesn't turn up.
