Our b&b is conveniently located at the 1st floor in a small building close to the historical quarter of Trastevere,with Rome Trastevere train Station only a 3 min walk away. From the property you can easily reach by many public transport lines all attractives of the aeternal city as Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Roman Forum, Pantheon and all the business and commercial areas.

Cancellation policy

You should give us 72 hours notice of your cancellation by email or fax. Failing to do so will result in a one-night charge on your card.

Cancellation policy:
If you cancel or shorten your reservation 72 hors prior arrival date there will be no charge. If Guest fail to arrive there will be a charge of one night stay. If you shorten your reservation up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date, including during your stay, or have fewer guests than originally booked, the cost of the original reservation will be assessed.

How to reach us:

By plane: From Fiumicino Airport take the Metropolitan Train to Fara Sabina/Orte and get off at Trastevere Station. Just Cross the road to reach Viale Trastevere. Via Manzi is the first road on the left. From Ciampino Airport take one of the Shuttle services for Termini Station.

By car: The B&B is easily reachable from the Grande Raccordo Anulare, exit Aurelia or Portuense. Follow the signs for the city centre, Trastevere and Gianicolense.

By Train: From Termini Station take autobus H or 170 and get off at the last stop on Viale Trastevere (stazione Trastevere). We are 100 mt away in the road on the left.
