WARNINGS:

1) I am waiting you let me know YOUR ARRIVAL TIME, ESSENTIAL FOR THE CHECK- IN (so that A person of our staff will be waiting for you, as there isn't a porter night and day);

2) I kindly remind you that you have to settle the balance CASH IN EURO UPON ARRIVAL (we accept only VISA, MASTERCARD as guarantee);

3) CANCELLATION POLICY : If you cancel the reservation later then 3 days before your arrival, you will be charged of the first night amount.

It is essential to inform us about your expected arrival time. For check-in

after 11:00 p.m. a fee of Euro 10,00/20,00 cash will be charged depends

your arrival time.

In the case you do not inform about your arrival time till 11:00 p.m. of the

arrival date, the reservation will be considered a

NO-SHOW. The penalty fee stated in the above Cancellation Policy will be

charged.

Conditions

For the RESERVATION is requested your credit card details (only VISA, MASTERCARD and EUROCARD , 16 numbers, the name of the owner and date of expire), we reserve the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. But we prefer CASH payment upon arrival .

For check-in, it is essential that you inform the hotel about your expected arrival time. Normal check-in times are between 08:00 and 23:00.

For check-in after 11:00 p.m. a fee of Euro 10,00/20,00 cash will be charged depends your arrival time.

If you do not inform the hotel about your arrival time before 00:15, the reservation will be considered a no-show and the hotel will charge the penalty stated in the Cancellation Policy brochure.
