Yellow House is located in a real nightlife area of Roma!!!! There are many discos open every weekend and stay open late. There is in fact one just below us (closed from june to 15th september). This means that for young people who like to party or stay up late on weekends it's wonderfull, although it's not a quiet place to stay with us on weekends in until all june

Located in an area very comfortable and close to the Metro Stop 'Garbatella' on the blue line, only 10 minutes via metro from the Colosseum. Yellow House is within walking distance of Basilica di San Paolo, the 3rd university of Rome, the Tiber River and more.

And to the bars and clubs for all the party people who choose to stay with us.

The apartment is in a building that was originally a factory, adding greatly to the character of the house. It consists of 6 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and a terrace where our guests can have breakfast or spend a very nice time during the day away from the chaos of Rome.

The nearest metro stop is 'Garbatella' on the blue line.

Reservation/Cancellation policy:

1) Payment is in cash (Euro only) upon arrival, we do not accept credit cards

2) If you do not give us 72 hours notice (3 days) of cancellation by e-mail we will unfortunately have to debit your card.

3) When you arrive you need to pay for all the days you have booked

NOTE VERY IMPORTANT:

Check in time is from 8 am to 11 pm.

If you arrive after 11 pm need to keep the trasfert from airpor to yellow house minimun price euro 50 for 2 persons

Outside of these hours you will need to arrange a time with us.

We do not accept check-ins from 01.00 to 07.00

Please note before you book:

We need the correct arrival time for you to stay at our home. we are not at home all day!!! If you are due to arrive later you must contact us by telephone or e-mail after you make your booking to arrange check-in.

Extra services such as pick-up and laundry services are not included in the price.

If you like a private bathroom look on guesthouse 'Casa di Gio'

Attention: we recomand to everybody have problem for sleeping to no booking in the week end and holidays

you need to respect your arrival time, if you have problem and need to change it need to advice us that have a different arrival time, normaly we accept a changement if you advice us by mail 2/3 days before your arrive by telephone if is last minut ( 1 day )

if you no advice us we can feel free to sell your bed if some other people ask me it

IMPORTAN ADVISE : Travelling to Yellow House with public transport is easy! The address is Via Argonauti 14. From Termini station take Metro Line B (Blue Line) to Garbatella.
in the metro garbatella exite in via ostiense walking up the bridge on the metro and walking until arrive aon the street and see the restorant PASTARITO here go in the left until supermarket TUO and turn at left and you are in via argonauti... chek for the 14

For your information:

The taxis are very expensive in Rome and many charge a lot money from the station to Yellow House. We recommend that you use public transport which is easy and cheap.

To get to Yellow House:
1) From Roma Termini station you need to take the metro line 'B' (the blue line) and get off at 'Garbatella'. From the metro station take the exit on the right. In 300 metres you will reach 'Piazza Valauri', a carpark with trees. Take the tunnel at the bottom of the Piazza over the train tracks. Yellow House is on the otherside of the tunnel. Please refer to our map.
2) From Fiumicino airport take the train to Ostiense, then take the metro from 'Piramide' to 'Garbatella' then like point 1).
3) From Ciampino Airport take the bus to Anagnina than take the metro A to Termini, then like point 1),
4) If you are arriving by car the best way is to email us where you are coming from and we will provide you with directions

If you would like we can make a transfer from the airport, but of course you need to book this service by email and be aware that this is not a free service
