About Casale Nunziatina
Immersed into the green and surrounded by century-old olive trees and citrus grove Residence " Casale Nunziatina " is reachable by means of an ancient roman road which is to be walked for the last meters. The spot is a total noise free environment , nearby the town center (800 meters ) but away from the city traffic and it is the ideal place to spent your holidays in relaxation and friendly atmosphere .The tranquility and the relaxation of the guests are fully guaranteed, along with their privacy, as the house is accessible through a private iron gateway.
The Residence is formed by three independent apartments at a ground floor of a beautiful villa . Each Apartment is including Bedroom , Bathroom with shower and haidryer, Living Room and cooking area with all the utensils for selfcatering including frigo, oven and toaster. The three apartments are well furnished and tiled. They may accommodate , respectively three, four or five persons. Between the bedroom and living room there are two doors , therefore two couples of friends can be accommodated sharing the ensuite bathroom and keeping their privacy.
Each Apartment has the washing machine and the LCD TV Color.
In front of the Residence there are 350 square meters of private garden with beach chairs and umbrellas . There are also tables and chairs as the guests can enjoy their meals outside or just sipping a drink.

The use of the washing machine it is free for more than 5 days stay.
Whatever it is the stay at Casale Nunziatina it is due a payment of 15 Euro for the final cleaning of the apartment.
During the winter season the heating it is provided but it will be accounted separately and charged at o,35 cents per Kwh.

Directions
By Train :
From Naples Central Station Piazza Garibaldi take the Circumvesuviana train to Sorrento which is the final stop of the travel . There are trains every 30 minutes till 2300 hrs. The transfer will take 70 minutes. Ticket price is 3,50 Euro.
By Airplane :
From Naples Capodichino Airport there is a private bus service Curreri that allows the transfer to Sorrento which is the final stop of the travel. The pick up area is located at the Terminal Square in front of "Arrivals" exit. There are buses every two hours and the transfer will take 70 minutes. Ticket price 7 Euro.
By Car :
From Naples you must take the A3 highway in direction of Salerno and after 25 km approx you must take the exit of Castellammare di Stabia then follow the main road to Sorrento.
By Ferry :
From Naples harbor , Beverello dock , take the hydrofoil to Sorrento . There are frequent trips and each trip taking 35 minutes .
