It has a good location, It‘s easy to find it, and we need only 6 minutes walking to the Gran Plaza. And it is near to the subway station. It has a kitchen but doesn't offer breakfast it just offer coffe o chocolate to drink for the breakfast. It is a good choice when you travel to Brussel.

We are a quality YOUTH hostel. Therefore there is an

Dorm rooms: AGE LIMIT: 35 years! The hostel has the right not to accept a booking for a dorm bed if over 35 years old. (Attention: any deposit paid in advance in this case remains non-refundable).For an extra supplement if possible , a private room can be reserved.Private rooms: no age limit. (Minimum age: 18 Years) We do NOT accept families with underage children, thank you.

Important Information:

AGE LIMIT for the dorms: 35 years!! Private rooms NO age limit.

- Check-in time is from 16:00

Currently our reception is closed from 13:00 until 16:00 (if we are there you can already store your luggage inside) and reception is also closed between 23:00 - 07:30 am. (for early birds: key card disposal available!)

No lock-out nor curfew: : 24hrs access with keycards to your room!

- Check-out time from hostel is at 11:00 am

- We make no difference in price & allocation between 4-bed and 6 -bed dorms, some rooms have a bathroom in the dorm room others have a bathroom shared with other rooms. Some rooms are smaller, some are bigger. Allocation is upon our availability.

-A triple room consists of one double bed for two people and one single bed!

-There is a 1,5% charge for payments with creditcard.

(credit cards are only accepted for a minimum amount of 200€)

- To maintain the philosophy of our hostel we do not accept large group bookings.

Large group bookings are considered > 6 people.

Conditions

Arrival time: important: when you give your arrival time always use the 24.00 hour clock system.

- Check-in time:

check-in: 16:00 hours
from 07:30 am you can already store your luggage in our luggage room.
Reception, common room and luggage room are closed from 13:00 till 16:00 and from 23:00 till 07:30 am.
(for early birds: key card disposal available!)
No lock-out or curfew: : 24hr room access with keycard.

- Check-out time:
from the hostel is at 11:00 am.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of a booking must be minimum 48 hours prior to the DATE of your arrival (not the time of your arrival!). In case the cancellation is less then 48 hours prior to the DATE of your arrival or in case of NO-SHOW, only the first night needs to be paid.

- 4, 5 and 6 bed dorm allocation:
We make no difference in price & allocation between 4, 5 - and 6 -bed dorms. Some rooms have a bathroom or shower inside the dorm, others share bathroom and shower. Some rooms are smaller, others are bigger. Allocation is upon availability.
A triple room consists of one double bed for two people and one single bed.
Not all rooms have airconditioning.

- Payment:
Is upon arrival at the hostel.
There is a service charge of 1.5% on every credit card transaction (credit cards are only accepted for a minimum amount of 200€).
We do not accept debit cards, travelers checks or foreign currencies.

There is also a refundable cash deposit payment:
- Dorm rooms: 10 euro (for sheets & keycard)
- Private rooms: 5 euro (for each keycard received)
Please make sure you have always your deposit receipt (for sheets and keycard) with you on the day you check-out from the hostel.

Towel rent:
Dorms: € 1.
Private rooms: towels are included.
Padlocks:
we sell padlocks for the lockers at € 2,5.

WE ARE A NON-SMOKING HOSTEL!

IMPORTANT: Age limit for ,dorm rooms till 35 years !!
(the hostel has the right to refuse a dorm bed to a person who is over 35 years old and still booked a dorm bed!) In that case if availible a private room can be booked by just paying the adequate supplement. For private rooms there is no age limit. (Minimum age to stay in the hostel: 18 years, no children please!)
