From the train station of Santa Lucia just outside of the station turn left and walk for 300 meters for the street called Lista di Spagna.
You will find a bridge called Ponte delle Guglie. Before the Guglie bridge turn left and walk along the canal of Canareggio for 200 meters till the next bridge called Ponte della CREA. You will cross the Crea bridge and turn left, 20 meters inside you will find us. (We are just behind 'Pizzeria 3 Archi').
On the small square Santa Maria della Pazienza is at the civic number 565, where the Reception is (by the Hotel Ai Due Leoni).
We stayed here in a double room w/ shared bathroom for three nights: good location, rather quite area (Canareggio) and cheap (considering it was August). Alas, the fan we had installed in the room couldn't make it up for the lack of air conditioning. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was, well, insatisfactory. Noisy.
But otherwise, an option to take into account if you look for a cheap place to stay in this wonderful town.
