I had a great stay. I was in a room for one with a private bedroom on the bottom floor, which was great because i had a big suitcase. So granted if i was on any other floor it would've made things difficult. The only 2 real negatives that i have were that my room was right near the breakfast room so i heard everything in the morningand you can't use your own hairdryer (the power cuts off- they do provide one, but it's very weak).

Our hotel is located only 150 meters away from the main central Venice Santa Lucia railway station. It is composed of four floors (without lift) plus the ground floor (5 stairsteps and 5 rooms with ensuite)
All rooms are furnished with modern and comfortable furniture and are equipped with colour TV, telephone, air conditioning, telephone, safe and TV color, .
We offer rooms with bathroom ensuite, and rooms with sharing bathroom, in order to fit every kind of customer.
We are happy to inform our potential guests that we currently have a very nice breakfast room with a new bar which is open all day long!

But for the amount i paid and the position it was in i think it was pretty perfect. Staff were very helpful. I had great stay. I would defnitely stay again.

Directions
- Train: stop at Venezia Santa Lucia and at the exit turn left and take First Street left (Calle Priuli). Then walk for 50 m. Until number 99/a/b/c;
- Car Highway exit 'Venezia', then always follow panels to Venetia until the parkings of Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto. Then take the public waterbus line 82 or 1 and get off at 'Ferrovia' stop (5 min. - dep. Every 10 min. All day, every 20 min. All night with line 'n');
- Fom Marco Polo airport waterbus blue line 'Alilaguna' every hour to stop Ferrovia (15 min. Trip, ticket 10 euro per person) or private waterbus taxi, price about 80 euro;
- Treviso Airport 'San Giuseppe' get the direct bus to Piazzale Roma Venice terminal (1 hour trip, ticket 10 euro per person), then get waterbus n. 1 or 82 (by night line 'n') and get off at 'Ferrovia'.
