'Antico Fiore'10 minutes walk from S.Marks Square,the Inn is inside a charming Venetian mansion,with 8 Rooms,built
at the end of the 17 th.century. It was completely restored in the year
2000. Located in the historical centre of Venice;near the Palazzo
Grassi(international centre of art and custum) and Campo Santo Stefano and
the Accademia Bridge. The Vaporetto stops at S.Angelo,two minutes from the Hotel, so it is easy to go
anywhere in Venice. The most important thing is after your day of walking
you can return to your quiet airconditioning room and rest.
Our superior double rooms has all,airconditioning,private bath/shower,views to the canal or to small square,(Campiello).Two rooms has an external,shared bath/shower,just between both rooms.
The Flat,the Studio and the quad. rooms that we also rent,if the hotel is fully booked,are all 5 minutes walk from the Hotel..They are nearby the square of S.Stefano,8 minutes walk from the S.Mark's Square.The rates of this are not breakfast included.
Notes
The building has been totally restored in this last month and it is all new, very well furnished with antique furniture.The flats are close to the 'vaporetto' waterbus stop. From the railstation or parking area only 20 minutes; from the airport 1 hour We provide sheets and towels.Payment is requested in cash at the arrival,
just for the Apartments.

Directions
FROM AIRPORT,Marco Polo (Venice):Take pubblic vaporetto 'ALILAGUNA' (10)to S.ZACCARIA ON GRAND CANAL.Then take a vaporetto line 1 headed for Piazzale Roma and get off at S.Angelo stop.
From Train Station:Take vaporetto line 1 headed for Lido and get off S.Angelo.
From S.Angelo stop walk straight ahead into the Corte de l'alboro square,just to the left of the large Building in front of you is a small path leading to a canal.Turn right along the Canal Railing for 50 m. to steps leading up to a bridge.
Go down two steps to the right into the Corte Lucatello(marked on the wall in front of you before you turn).
Antico Fiore is the first door(3486) on the left,where a warm welcome awaits you.
