Lovely and quite little apartment, just a little hard to find. Had good conversation with the owner and successfully got our key on late arrival. The apartment was adorable, with its lovely roof, little lights, comfortable bed...... Would be perfect if there was wifi.

It is located in the core centre of Venice, San Samuele area, at few mts. from the Gran Canal and Palazzo Grassi, at 10 minutes walking distance from San Marco Square and Rialto Bridge.
In the same time, it is in a very quiet position between two boat stops,San Angelo line number 1 and San Samuele line number 2.
It is composed of a living dining room, a bathroom, a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

Dopo le ore17;oo in inverno e 20: in estate, prendere il vaporetto n. 1, fermata S. Angelo, entrambe sono molto vicine all'appartamento.

A pleasant apartment, very quiet and conveniently situated at easy walking distance from Piazza San Marco. It is very close to the public transport (vaporetti) in Venice. The apartment is well equiped for cooking. Moreover there are foodshops and inexpensive restaurants in the area. A minor inconvenience was the presence of ants in the apartment, a problem that the owner obviously was trying to solve.
