FRIENDLY BIG ROOM
For a family or a friends group, we are pleased to make available to you a BIG room with:
- a double bed and 3 single beds or, alternatively,
- 2 double beds and 1 single bed.
The room is very large, comfortable and bright, has a whole wall window overlooking a charming Venetian square, cosy roof with wooden beams and parquette. The furniture style is 'Romantic' and is entirely new, inaugurated by little. In the night the lights light and the view over the square, giving a warm and charming venetian atmosphere.

BRIGHT SINGLE ROOM:
We are pleased to make available to you a bright and comfortable room , its windows overlook in a typical and very quiet 'calle veneziana' (venetian street) at few steps from the channel through which the old bridge 'Ruga Vecchia'.

The bathroom is large, with bath and shower, two sinks and all marble 'travertine'. It is cleaned anddisinfected twice daily.

From the railway station:
1. Cross the big bridge you have infront of you named 'Ponte degli Scalzi'
2. crossed the bridge, you will have infront of you the beginning of the little street named 'Calle Longa'.
3. Walk on Calle Longa 25 metres until the biginning of 'Calle Bergata' (it is on your left).
4. Walk on calle bergata 10 metres, accross the little bridge and turn inmediatly right, you will have the 'Canal' on your right.
5. Walk stright walk straight along the canal 25 metres until the first street you will have on your left. It is 'Calle Squeline'
6. Walk on calle Squeline 20 metres until the finish, you will arrive at Calle Larga dei BARI.
7. Take Calle Larga dei BARI on your right, pass the restaurant 'Alla Ferrata' and you will arrive on the square named 'Campo Nazario Sauro'.
8. Turn left and across all the square walking on the left of the square until his corner, there is a little opening, turn left in calle 'Orsetti' and IMMEDIATELY turn right: you will are in our street named 'Calle Ruga Vechia' In the same corner on your right there is the number 1447 ring the bell ' Itala Bertin - S.Giacomo' and climb up on the first floor.
From the bus station 'Piazzale Roma'
1.Go towards Fondamenta del Canal Grande until Calle Longa, it is in front of the big bridge ' Ponte degli Scalzi' on your right.
2. Walk on Calle Longa 25 metres until the biginning of 'Calle Bergata' (it is on your left).
3. Walk on calle bergata 10 metres, accross the little bridge and turn inmediatly right, you will have the 'Canal' on your right.

From the airport:
Take any bus to Venezia in the airport doors. Get off at Piazzale Roma (bus station) and follow above directions.
On request, we can come pick you up at the train stations or Piazzale Roma.
Get here is simple, we are to 5 minute walk from the Santa Lucia train station and 10 from Piazzale Roma (bus station), so you must not take any private or public transport.
We are exactly between two squares that are less of 100 meters one from the other: 'Campo San Giacomo dell' Orio' and 'Campo Nazario Sauro' (campo: square). is important to keep them as a reference point.
The B & B is located in the 'calle Ruga Vecchia' at the number 1447, right in the corner with 'Calle Orsetti'. (calle: Street).
The calle Orsetti is right at the end of the Campo Nazario Sauro, is a very small street on your left, turn the corner and we're there!
Our street was named 'national monument', for which there is allowed to modify the facade and we can not make any cartel with our mark.
However, if to find us is difficult, just call us, we will go to pick you.
