Our location is very special for who intend to live the real Venice's atmosphere.

The house has been completely remodeled last year. All of the independent rooms are double or triple occupancy with private bathrooms, private heating and cooling system, small refrigerator, TV and hair drier and kitchen use.

The rooms has been used to make short and long stays nice and comfortable.

The rural furnishing underlines the warm welcome of Miss Elena.

From Treviso International Airport: take the regular bus to Venice and stop at 'Piazzale Roma' (last Stop);

From Piazzale Roma (parking area) or Railways station: You Have to Catch line 42 or 52 to 'Fondamenta Nuove' :
then you to take 'Calle dei Buranelli', then'Calle del Fumo' and when you arrive in 'Campiello del Pestrin' (it is a small square) you'll find another small square on your left; you go ahead and at the end turn right and the first on the left is 'Calle Bandi': at the end of Calle Bandi you will see a bridge and the door 5503a (on the right) ring the bell in name of Elena.

From International Airport 'Marco Polo' in Venice - Tessera:
You can catch Alilaguna shuttle (water bus) to Fondamenta Nuove.
