We are a warm, friendly hotel within walking distance from the two main places of arrival in Venice. We're just 5 minutes from the railway station, 'Venezia S. Lucia' and 1 minute from the bus station and car parking at 'Piazzale Roma'. We are also very close to vaporetto pontoons going in any direction, including the islands.

All rooms are very spacious and come with bathroom, shower, colour TV and ceiling fans.

Reception is open 24 hours a day. Our hotel also welcomes small groups. Our staff will contribute to you having a nice stay and will be happy to advise you on local restaurants and pubs as well as the best places to visit and sights to see.

We await your arrival...

We have a cancellation policy of 48 hour, you must contact us directly to cancel any bookings at least 48 hours before otherwise you will be charged.

great budget accomodation, central to everything you need. there's no aircon or fan so the rooms can be a bit warm if you're not used to the heat in summer.
very friendly, informative staff. clean and comfortable room. i would stay there again.

Directions

If you arrive by train, once you get out of the station, you cross the big bridge in fron of you and turn right. Then, just before a small bridge, you turn left and at the end of the street, again on the left for ten metres.
If you arrive by plane, the way to get to the hotel is, once at the airport,
to catch the blu ATVO bus, which is specificly for the people coming from
the airport to Venice(about 25 minutes). When you arrive in Piazzale Roma,
the arrival terminal for car and buses, you can ask for 'Frari' direction.
Next, after crossing two bridges, you'll see 'Sofitel Hotel' and, at 20
metres on its left, you'll find our hotel.
