A charming 3 stars hotel in the heart of Venice (less than 10 min. walk from the railway station and 15- 20 from Rialto's bridge and Saint Mark's square). Completely renovated in 2003, the hotel offers single rooms, double rooms and a Suite (all provided with bathroom and all comforts: private heating / air conditioning, satellite tv, direct dial telephone, modem connection, minibar, hairdryer).
Breakfast is included and it is served or directly in the guest's room, or in the breakafst room, or, in spring and summer, in the beautiful inner garden.

BY CAR :
The hotel is easily reachable from the highway; follow the indications for Venezia Centro.
From Piazzale Roma (car parking and bus terminal) continue on foot for about 15 minutes, or by waterbus (line 1), getting off at the third stop, S. Marcuola.
BY TRAIN:
1) On Foot (10 min.):
- once You get out of the station, turn left and walk straight leaving the Grand Canal and the big bridge ('Ponte degli Scalzi') on Your right: take the street called 'Lista di Spagna', and keep walking on it for about 8-10 min.(the street will change name: 'Rio Terà San Leonardo', 'Rio terà Madalena', 'Strada Nuova', but it is still the same; it is one of the city's main streets: it runs parallel to the Grand Canal, leading from the station to the Rialto's bridge) until You pass a little bridge ('Ponte dell'Anconeta');
- after the bridge take the second street on Your right ('Calle Larga Vendramin Calergi'): walk it to its end, where the city Casino entrance is, and turn right;
- walk straight, turn the corner and there we are!
2) By waterbus (5 min.):
- take waterbus (line 1) and get off at the second stop ('San Marcuola');
- turn Your back on the Grand Canal and just walk straight to the end of the
street (30 seconds walk);
- turn right and cross the bridge in front of You ('Ponte Storto'): there we are!
BY PLANE:
1) By HYDROFOIL (every 60 min., but only from 8.55 to 17.55:):
- 'Alilaguna' hydrofoil will take You from the airport directly to the city centre, getting off at 'Guglie' stop (45 min. trip, 12 eur);
- from 'Guglie', leave the canal on Your right (and the Guglie's bridge on Your back) and walk the main street 'Rio Terà San Leonardo' for 4-5 min.(the street will change name into 'Rio terà Madalena', but it is still the same; it is one of the city's main streets: it runs parallel to the Grand Canal, leading from the station to Rialto's bridge) until You pass a little bridge ('Ponte dell'Anconeta');
- after the bridge take the second street on Your right ('Calle Larga Vendramin Calergi'): walk it to its end, where the city Casino entrance is, and turn right;
- walk straight, turn the corner and there we are!
2) By BUS + WATERBUS
- from the Marco Polo airport there is a bus service (line ATVO; 3 euros per person ) which connects to Piazzale Roma (Venice bus terminal and car parking) - 20 min. ride;
- from Piazzale Roma the easiest thing to do is to get a waterbus (line 1; 6 euros per person + 3,5 per each baggage after the first) and get off at the third stop (called 'San Marcuola') - 10 min. ride;
- from the San Marcuola waterbus stop, give Your back on the Grand Canal, walk straight to the end of the street, turn right and cross a little bridge (called 'Ponte Storto') : there we are!
