Andrea and Lucio warmly welcome you to Palazzo Guardi, a magnificent Venetian palace that dates back to the 15th century. It has been completely restored and turned into 16 highly comfortable, light rooms of superior standard, all furnished in typical Venetian style.

Palazzo Guardi is situated in the Accademia area, a central and strategic part of Venice, and located at San Trovaso which is 10 minutes on foot from St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. Our location makes us easy to get to using public transport.

The hotel is divided into 2 structures which offer our guests maximum convenience. One building has a magnificent original central hall, with a breathtaking views and the other building has been turned into the breakfast hall which is adorned with the authentic 15th century wooden beams and decorations. This area can also be used for conferences.

All our staff have many years of qualified experience in the hotel business. They are multilingual, speaking English, French, German and Spanish and they will make you feel at home and guarantee a warm welcome and unforgettable stay.

Palazzo Guardi is in Dorsoduro and can be reached from the boat stops Accademia and Zattere.

From Marco Polo airport or Treviso airport, go to Piazzale Roma by public bus or taxi. At Piazzale Roma the boats leave. Take boat line 1 or 82 to Accademia or boat line 51 or 61 to Zattere.

Railway Station, take boat line 1 or 82 to Accademia or boat line 51 to Zattere.

From the boat stop Accademia walk straight along 'Rio Terra Della Carita', take the second street to the right, 'Calle del Pistor' where you will find the entrance to Palazzo Guardi at n° 995.

From the boat stop Zattere, turn left towards the bridge but do not cross it: take the 'Fondamenta Nani' on the right. Walk straight on along the canal and take the second street on the right, 'Calle del Pistor', where you will find Palazzo Guardi at n° 995.
