- CHECK-IN: 1 pm / CHECK-OUT: 11 am

-We only accept credit cards. Debit cards or any card with the writing 'ELECTRONIC USE ONLY' will be not accepted by us to guarantee the reservation.

-We reserve the right to pre-authorise bookers' credit cards at time of reservation and anytime before check-in: if the amount will be not pre-authorisable by our POS, we will e-mail the booker, requiring to send us new credit card details. If we will not receive any confirmation of a valid credit card or any prepayment by bank transfer , we will be regretful to refuse the reservation at check-in if the hotel will be fully booked, without giving any further notice.

-We kindly ask to inform us if you check-in after 11 pm. -The payment has to be done at check-in and no reduction of price will be made (i.e.: for later arrivals, for earlier departures or changes of room).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
